First Image
Founded locally in the late 1970's First Image became part of the Kalamazoo Banner
Works, purchased in 1992 and moved to Portage. Bill, Vicki, and Sandy Shearer took
the reins in 2001 and moved the shop to larger quarters in 2006. Current offerings
are: traditional screen printing up to six colors, digital photo transfer, embroidery,
and the newest digital direct to garment technologies. Preferred turn around is
ten working days with rush service available for a modest fee.
